EUROFOX systems comprise of
• MACFOX and XFOX support brackets.
• horizontal or vertical profiles.
Depending on the type of cladding facade support profiles, EUROFOX systems are divided
into vertical and horizontal systems.

Which system is used depends on the cladding type as well as the structural circumstances.
Vertical systems, for example, are often used on brickwork or concrete masonry.
Horizontal systems on the other hand are very often used on beam-and-column constructions.

The construction principle of fixed and flexible points
An essential construction principle of EUROFOX systems is to allow for thermal expansion and contraction,
which EUROFOX systems accommodate by the use of Fixed Point (FP) and Flexible Point (GP) brackets.
At the fixed point, brackets and profiles are connected by the round holes in the bracket.
The fixed point absorbs both vertical weight loads and horizontal wind loads.
At the flexible point, bracket and profile are connected at the elongated holes in the brackets,
the primary function of the flexible point bracket at vertical systems being to absorb horizontal wind loads.
With vertical and horizontal systems each profile is connected by means of at least
one fixed point and several flexible point brackets.

Length of profiles
With vertical systems the length of the profiles normally depends on the storey height,
with horizontal systems it depends on panel separation. However, with both systems the

Use of isolators
In order to avoid thermal bridges, a thermal isolator is integrated between the bracket and the exterior wall.
This isolator ensures a thermal separation between the facade structure and the exterior wall.
