MACFOX
MACFOX brackets are mainly used in vertikal systems. Use for horizontal
systems is possible with lightweight cladding elements, e.g. corrugated iron,
trapezoidal sheet, etc.
Technical properties
MACFOX brackets are made of aluminium EN AW-6063 T6, former designation
AlMgSi 0,5 F25, and comply with BS EN 755 as well as the common regulations
for hung ventilated facades in
dimensions of 40 – 240 mm.
MACFOX brackets are available in different lengths, medium and large.
MACFOX medium and large brackets assembled can be of both Fixed point and
Flexible point positions, reducing the risk of installation errors.
Using MACFOX brackets in combination with EUROFOX
isolators significantly reduces the effect of thermal bridging.
MACFOX functions reduce installation time
The elongated holes used to fix the MACFOX bracket to the exterior wall and the
round and elongated holes used to fix profiles to the brackets are prefabricated.
Particularly helpful for the installation of the profiles is the integrated, continuous
fixing clip of every MACFOX bracket, this allows 40mm profile alignment
adjustment on each MACFOX bracket.
These product characteristics ensure that the installation time for the substructure
is significantly reduced, the costs of the entire facade are reduced.
Which in turn results in reduced facade construction costs overall.
