Eurofox’s first project in Australia, a striking commercial centre in the suburbs of Melbourne, exhibits
their concealed fixed MLZ/k-v-00 system.
BOTANNICA 2006 Location: Melbourne Façade: Prodema HPL panels Substructure: Eurofox Austria Australian Distributor: Eurofox Australia Architect: Jackson Clements Burrows Installer: Cladding Systems Melbourne, renowned for its striking new central city architecture, is expanding this modern theme into the more traditional suburbs. The Botannica rain screen façade, featuring 10mm HPL panels, has open joints. The panels are hung on the Eurofox MLZ/k system using agraffes attached to the rear of the panels by special screws exhibiting high pull out strengths. Eurofox Australia’s installer, Cladding Systems, will be installing another Eurofox façade at The Pines Multi-purpose Activity Centre in Doncaster during 2007. |
