The calmness and permanence associated with the Buddhist faith has been captured in stone and water by Warren & Mahoney Architects for the Buddhist Association of New Zealand. The sandstone, weighing 85kg per m2, has 6mm open joints using Eurofox Rainscreen Technology. The sandstone façade is mounted on a secret fix Eurofox MLZ/k system using Keil anchors. Both this system and the anchors are a first for New Zealand made possible by the Eurofox Distributor importing the special Keil drilling equipment which is now available for future projects. A first, also, for installer A.M.C. Construction, who followed the shop drawings, prepared by Oliver Hautz, to the letter.
